1. How does Mobile Pet Grooming work?

Mobile grooming is just like an in-house salon grooming, except the salon comes to you. We have all the amenities you’d expect to find in an in-house salon: bathtub with clean, hot and cold running water, dryers, clippers, grooming table, etc.

2. How much do you charge?

We provide an estimate based on dog breed, size, and described condition of dog. However, price may vary based on actual coat condition, temperament, and haircut.

3. Do you give discounts for more than one dog?

If you have more than one dog, we will reduce the cost of the additional dogs by 10%.

5. How long will the grooming take?

Mobile grooming provides one on one attention allowing timely grooming. Most groomings are completed within 1-2 hours depending on the dog’s breed, size, coat, and temperament.

6. Do you groom large dogs?

We can accommodate dogs up to 200 lbs.

No, we currently do not groom cats.

8. Can I see inside your mobile grooming van?

Absolutely!

9. Do you use clean, warm water?

Yes, we have two water tanks (clean & dirty) providing enough clean, warm water for a full day’s work.

10. Do you drain the bath water at my location?

No, all bath water is contained within a separate dirty water tank within the van.

11. How much notice should I provide to have my dog groomed?

Please contact us approximately one week prior to your desired grooming date, more notice may be required before holidays.

12. Do you clean dog’s teeth?

Yes upon request. However, owners must provide toothbrush and toothpaste.

13. How often are the vans cleaned?

All tools and surface areas are cleaned after each grooming.

Please allow your pet to “do their business” before we arrive.

No! We use experience, patience, and positive re-enforcement to calm your dog.

17. Do you give exact appointment times?

Yes. However, there are some instances when we may run a little late due to a prior grooming taking longer than expected, traffic, or inclement weather. If we expect the delay to be longer than 15 minutes, we will contact you.
